Joya is currently available in major cities across India
including Tirupati, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, Hyderabad,
Chennai, and many more. We're constantly expanding to new
destinations.
After you submit a booking request, hosts have 24 hours to
accept or decline. You'll receive email and SMS notifications
about the status. If accepted, you'll get detailed check-in
instructions.
If a host declines your booking, we'll immediately refund any
payment and help you find alternative accommodations. Our
algorithm will suggest similar properties in your desired
area.
Yes! Contact your host directly through our messaging system
to request an extension. If the property is available, they
can approve the extension and you'll pay for additional
nights.
Apply to become a host through our "Become a Host" section.
You'll need to provide property details, photos, and
verification documents. Our team reviews applications within
2-3 business days.
Joya charges a service fee of 3% per successful booking. This
covers payment processing, customer support, and platform
maintenance. There are no upfront costs or listing fees.
You have full control over your pricing. Our smart pricing
tool suggests competitive rates based on local demand,
seasonality, and comparable properties in your area.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American
Express), debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets
like Paytm, PhonePe, and Google Pay.
Payment is processed immediately upon booking confirmation.
For longer stays (7+ nights), we may charge 50% upfront and
the remainder closer to your check-in date.
Refunds are processed according to the cancellation policy of
each property. Typical refund timeframes are 5-10 business
days for cards and 1-3 days for digital wallets.
